Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products
Products are shipped only within India, and for domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, with the delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities is not the liability of highfurries.com, which only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. All orders will be delivered to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card details unless specified at the time of order. Any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer is not the responsibility of highfurries.com.

Shipping charges of Rs. 80 per quantity will apply to pet products.
If the order includes pet food or cat litter along with other items, itemized shipping charges of Rs. 80 per quantity of pet food and cat litter will be applicable.
Extra shipping charges will be applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method.
COD facility is available for order values under INR 5000.
Order Cancellation
Order cancellations will be handled as per the Standard Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation by highfurries.com:
Certain orders may be unable to be accepted and must be cancelled at the sole discretion of highfurries.com for various reasons, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by the credit and fraud avoidance department.
Additional verifications or information may be required before accepting any order, and customers will be contacted if all or any portion of their order is cancelled or if additional information is required. Cash payment mode orders will be cancelled for non-receipt of cash within 48 hours from the time of placing the order. Cheque payment mode orders will be cancelled if the cheque is not deposited or if intimation of the same is not given within 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
Cancellation by Customer:
If an order is cancelled before the product has shipped, the entire amount will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs after the product has shipped, the customer can contact Customer Support if the product has shipped but not yet been delivered, or request a replacement if the product has been received and defects are found.
To cancel an order, a 24-hour period from the time the order is placed is allowed. Reverse pickup will be authorized for order exchange.
If a defective product or a wrong item has been shipped, notification is required within 48 hours of delivery for prompt assistance. The parcel will be collected, and the exchanged products will be sent at the earliest possible.
Replacement
To replace a defective item, Customer Care must be contacted via the contact us page or WhatsApp at +91-97170 21683 within 14 days from the date of delivery. The defective product or part of the product will be recalled, and a replacement will be shipped immediately.
